What will the new normality look and feel like? As a travel agency business owner for the last 15 years it has been the biggest challenge the last couple of months but we are resilient and very much committed to the travel industry. Clients will always need the interaction and personal assistance from travel advisors, it is the nature to most vacation/leisure travelers!
We deeply care about the well-being of our clients and staff, we have implemented safety and healthy measures prior to re-opening our physical location by plexi-glass divisions for each of the front office desks, sanitizers on-hand for anyone entering the agency and we will conduct office cleanliness after each visitation. It is highly advisable that non-medical masks are worn when entering travel agency premises.
Will our travel suppliers be ready to our agency community? I am very confident that resorts, airlines, cruise lines, etc. are using their utmost to prepare to this new normality and are diligently working to a better healthier working environment.
